Hi there everyone, Just a reminder the new year is just around the corner and with that comes new year resolutions.... so what are u waiting for come on in to curves and join up !!! THE FUNDRAISER IS TO RAISE MONEY TO BUY A 'MECHANICAL LIFT' FOR BETEL HOME FOUNDATION. WE HAVE OVER 60 PURSES ADORNING THE WALLS AT CURVES....IF YOU HAVE A GENTLY USED PURSE PLEASE DROP IT OFF AT CURVES ASAP AND RECIEVE 'ONE WEEK FREE' AT CURVES AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. THIS IS A GREAT EVENT, LOTS OF FUN 'FIGHTING FOR THAT PERFECT BAG' AND THE CASH RAISED STAYS IN THE COMMUNITY.

We are running 2 fantastic specials this month, so dont get the winter blues or put on a few pounds come on in and get moving it feels great.
SPECIAL #1 : $10.00+GST gives you 2 weeks at curves along with fitness assessment and two weigh and measure.( so you can see how many inches and or pounds you have lost, in just 2 WEEKS!!!!)
SPECIAL #2 : If you have had a recent mammogram done (within the last year) there will be a $0.00 sign up fee !!!!! that is a $99.00 saving!!

ZUMBA on the Circuit will start again on July 26th, Welcome back Stacy (our awsome instructor)....dont forget to come in and sign the sheet. Not yet a member come on in and sign up with Curves. Its 30 min a day to better health (less time then most people watch t.v.).

Just a reminder that on Friday, July 1st Canada Day we will NOT be open. Also there will be no Zumba till Tuesday, July 26th. Go out and enjoy all the Canada celabrations !!

Come on everyone 3 days left for the food drive...we are at 1116 LB lets come together and reach our goal....Also with summer around the corner now is a fantastic time to join, with a 30 LB grocery donation it is FREE to sign up.. what are you waiting for?????

Please help us make our food drive goal, we are at 881 LB our goal is 2000, any little bit will help us get there. Also if u would like to join our fantastic ladies here at curves, we will waive the sign up fee if you bring in groceries. If you would just like to help with a donation thats great too. Come on people we only have till May 7th to make our 2000 LB.....We can do it if we all help!!!
