🎉2 Year Anniversary 🎉

Today marks two incredible years, and we couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️

What started as a dream has grown into something so much bigger — an amazing community filled with support, encouragement, friendships, and so many memories along the way. We truly appreciate every single person who has supported us, shared our posts, visited us, cheered us on, and helped make this community what it is today.

And because we couldn’t let our second anniversary pass without a little excitement… 👀✨

We might just have a little secret up our sleeve… 🤫

You’ll have to stay tuned to see what we’ve been working on! 😉

As we head into the busy summer season, let's all do our part to help keep equipment available for everyone.

Sitting on machines, benches, or racks while using your phone between sets may only feel like a couple of minutes, but it's often much longer. During busy times, someone else may be waiting to use that equipment and may only have a limited amount of time to complete their workout.

The same goes for circuit or cross-training during peak hours. Moving between multiple pieces of equipment at once can prevent others from using them and disrupt their workouts.

Please be considerate of those around you. Finish your sets, keep rest periods reasonable, and move on when you're done so everyone has a fair opportunity to train. A little gym courtesy goes a long way in creating a positive experience for everyone.

Just a reminder that membership services for The Grand Bend Gym will be closed on Wednesday, July 1st for Canada Day.

If you are looking to renew your membership, please be sure to stop in during one of the following times to ensure your access remains active for the holiday:

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Regular membership service hours will resume on Thursday, July 2nd.

Putting your equipment away after use is standard gym etiquette everywhere in the world. Please be considerate of your fellow members and return all weights, bars, plates, dumbbells, and accessories to their proper place when you are finished.

Taking a few moments to clean up after yourself helps keep the gym organized, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Put it back where it belongs so the next person can find it easily and get started on their workout. Thank you for doing your part! 💪

Please remember that gym parking is provided free of charge for all members while they are using the gym facilities.

The parking lot is intended for members during their workout times only and is not available for parking while visiting the beach, shopping, dining, or spending time in town.

Please be considerate of fellow members. When parking spaces are occupied by vehicles whose owners are not actively using the gym, it reduces the availability of parking for members coming in to complete their workouts.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping ensure parking remains accessible for everyone.

☀️ Summer Gym Etiquette Reminder ☀️

With the gym getting busier for the summer season, please be mindful of your fellow members and help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized.

✔️ Return all equipment to its proper place after use.
✔️ Re-rack all plates and dumbbells when you're finished.
✔️ Wipe down benches, machines, and equipment after each use.
✔️ Keep walkways and workout areas clear of personal belongings and equipment.
✔️ Respect other members and the facility.

And one more important reminder:

🔇 Please avoid dropping or banging weights and plates unnecessarily. If you can pick it up, you can put it down. Excessive noise can be disruptive to others and can damage our equipment and flooring.

We start running at 9:00am, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Meeting place is in the parking lot of The Grand Bend Gym.

We welcome all levels of runners — whether you are just starting out or already experienced. This is a FREE group and everyone is welcome.
