The summer is winding down, school is back, and it’s time to get back on the mats! 💪

A huge welcome to all of our returning students. We’re looking forward to another great year of training, learning, growing, and pushing each other to be better.

And to all of our new students joining us for the first time, welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you as part of the New Found Tao family. Whether you’ve trained before or have never stepped on a mat, you’re welcome here.

We are into the last week of our summer set for Kids, Teen and MMA classes at NFT.

There are no Kids, Teen or MMA classes on the 7th and 9th as we are taking this week for cleaning and some minor renovations.

Thanks to everyone for a killer summer and keeping the BJJ vibes going.

Big shoutout to Coaches Luke Rowsell , Hailey Rowsell and Kassidy Beaton for keeping the good times rolling. 🤙🏼
