30 minutes of Kangoo jumps Power
30 minutes of Boot Camp strength training

SweatSome Fitness is bringing in Kangoo Bootcamp 1 day a week.
This is a program that will test your balance while on the boots, along with the strength training, using weights.
Come try it out, its unlike anything you've ever done before.

I am sorry if this makes anyone feel violated in their rights… but as I stated our hands are tied!
So upon booking- we will be asking for proof of vaccinations, wether this be asking for your vaccination card, or even just a date for your first vaccination shot!

We are able to rent APE parkour gym for classes. Monday and Wednesdays 6pm.

MEGA GROUP classes!!!
This is the unlimited membership pass 6 month commitment.
There will be anywhere from 8-10 classes a month.
Membership is $100/m (plus tax- $105)
(Pay all 6 months up front and save $50)
Drop is classes are $20 (plus tax -$21)
Since we are SO close to September 1– our first class…. I’ll be opening up today for membership payments.

What a way to welcome summer, with 43.2 degrees outside.
I hope you all survived that minor 3 day heat wave 🙂 I almost didn’t… I followed it home from Edmonton, so I got a nice 6 days of EXCRUCIATING heat… but hey, the tan is NOICE!
Welcome to Summer y’all.
We do NOT have a schedule set for summer, just due to camping and holidays and kiddos being out of school… we don’t want to make you commit your time to us, as this is the time of year to Pack up and Go for a weekend or days on end!
Rather- IF you want to bounce… let myself and Ashley know by sending the page a message! We can make Something working!

First class tonight of our 5 week program (Monday)
Will be outside today in this beautiful weather.
We will be at Holy Cross school in the basketball court, literally 5 ft away from a park, so you can bring the littles to play.
If weather persists at 27 today like expected.
Class will only be 40-45 mins long… due to heat!

These classes will be held outside, unless extreme weather condition. Ashley and I will supply sun scren and bug spray, and water to REFILL (ONLY) your bottles IF need be. PLEASE bring water
If weather prevents us from being outside, we will continue that class in the home studio (split class if need be)

Things will look different, as we are running a 5 week program.
1 day a week for 5 weeks, you pick a day/time slot and that is your class for those 5 weeks.

Alberta’s Open for Summer plan provides a three-stage road map to lifting health restrictions and safely getting back to normal, as long as public health measures are followed in the short term and vaccination numbers continue to rise.
The plan is based on vaccination thresholds and hospitalization. Public health restrictions will be lifted at each stage:
➡️ Stage 1: two weeks after 50% of Albertans 12+ received at least one dose and hospitalizations are below 800 and declining
➡️ Stage 2: two weeks after 60% of Albertans 12+ have received at least one dose and hospitalizations are below 500 and declining
➡️ Stage 3: two weeks after 70% of Albertans 12+ have received at least one dose
Alberta will enter Stage 1 on June 1, having reached the 50% threshold on May 18. The province is projected to enter Stage 2 in mid-June and Stage 3 in late-June or early July.
These are estimates only and rely on all Albertans continuing to drive down our hospitalizations while increasing vaccination numbers. Provincial COVID-19 restrictions will continue to be monitored throughout the re-opening.

“Kangoo Power is a high energy cardio workout. Can be done choreographed or non choreographed format. The music, the moves, the energy of the workout makes it highly addictive.
The instructor has to work with the music and needs to learn basic choreography building methods.”
