The mind is a garden and every day you are planting seeds that will soon one day grow into becoming a plant. Every day we have a choice in which seeds we are planting, we are either planting good seeds or bad seeds. The more that you plant the bad seeds, well the worse your crop (The Mind) becomes if you take the time to plant good seeds and nurture their growth you will end up with a beautiful garden that you will enjoy spending time in.

Take care of your mind, take care of what goes into your mind, it's not even worth it having one bad thought in a day and it's possible to only have good ones.

Our first workout as a group was a success!

The imagine women showed up strong and pushed their way to the end in their first Bootcamp with our Fitness Expert Jen!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Movement and physical activity is necessary for each and every single one of us. It's important in so many ways and here are some just to name a few :)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Enhanced Mood
2. Healthier Lymph System (The process responsible for removing and draining toxins you put into your body)
3. Healthier Bones
4. Enhanced Brain Health
5. Improved Sex Life
6. Overall Increase in Well Being and Health
7. Lessens the chances of developing illness (Cancer and etc)

We have officially started our 4th round of the Imagine Program and cannot be happier with how the 4 Women who made the decision to change there life are showing up.

Some big changes are already unfolding for them as they step into the first week of the program and I wanted to take a moment and share a couple of things with you to help you on your journey:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
#1) The Importance Of Pushing Your Comfort Zone: This speaks directly to the quote below when you push your comfort zone and do something that is difficult or different it leads you to a beautiful destination that you haven't experienced before. It kind of aligns with the saying "If you do what you have always done, you'll always get what you always have gotten". Doing something new, something difficult always leads you to a better place, a place of self-discovery, a place of self-love, a place of stepping into who you really are.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
#2) The Importance Of Vulnerability: This is something that is beginning to be spoken about a lot in today's world and it is simple and yet powerful. I believe that it's the ability to express how you REALLY feel, how you REALLY think and the ability to allow yourself to be seen for who you really are no matter where you are. IF you can be vulnerable and express that side of you anything is possible because you're willing to take the risk to change.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are all things that the women in the Imagine program have stepped into even within the first week of the program and I would encourage you to do the same in your own life.

How can you do something that pushes your comfort zone today?

How can you share more of what you think about what you feel and yourself with those around you today?

You Deserve to be Happy. It's your birthright, it's your natural state, it's actually how you should be all the time.

Though over time we have experiences that teach us differently, experiences that cause us to feel like we aren't good enough, experiences that cause us to feel like we should be ashamed or feel bad, and experiences that cause us suffering in our lives and instead of letting go of them and returning to the natural state of Happiness, Joy, Gratitude, and Love we hold onto them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is a simple analogy that I love sharing that involves two men who get bit by a poisonous snake, One of the men looks towards the snake then back at his arm and immediately pulls out his knife and cuts open the wound and sucks the poison out of his blood, the other man looks at the snake and begins to try and hunt it down, hours pass and the man grows weaker by the minute until he comes to a collapse and dies in the process of getting revenge.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This analogy speaks to everything above when we hold onto the poison (The experiences that cause us hurt, pain, shame, and suffering) it only causes us harm. When we can learn to let go, and take the knife out and cut the poison out from within us we can return to our normal state of happiness Joy and Bliss.

Day One or One Day?

Which one of those have you been telling yourself?

It's important to know that whatever one you have been telling yourself is okay. It's okay that you have been telling yourself that one day you'll get healthy, one day you'll be able to do _______, one day you'll feel happy, or one day you'll feel energized. There is nothing wrong with that, those are goals, dreams, ideas, and visualizations of what it is your actually after.

Now a different question gets to be asked, are you working towards what it is that you are after or are you not?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If the answer is your not... That's okay, you can't change the past but you can definitely change the future.

So ask yourself What is one small step that you can take today, tomorrow and future days to ensure that you make it to where you One Day wish to be?

One of the biggest problems we see with living a healthy lifestyle, whether that’s eating healthier, going to the gym, or taking care of yourself is the lack of support.
