This page is where I get to hide the fact that getting huge is difficult and I laugh at people who say that they don`t want to get too big so they train without pushing the limits. The truth is when I was training pro bodybuilders I saw what make`s a person a champion bodybuilder and it's not the mass but how you change your body composition which is why I was the best. Arnold was a champion because of his genetics and that simply means having the muscle to bone attachments that complement each other to give the appearance of equality in size for each muscle that joins each other. This video is old and so am I now but this is the best place to start in advertising my Bodybuilding website. I was a pro bodybuilder and Fitness/Nutrition Trainer but that all ended in a car accident that I and a few friends were in, and lucky to walk away from, but left me with a bad back injury. Now, I'm going to share all the techniques and methods that I've learned that are proven to work, but you can't slack and go off on a break from this routine. Let me put it this way, in Bodybuilding, "Everything Works and Nothing Works At All." If you can wrap that around your head, you'll avoid the dreaded "PLATEAU." Watch this video and understand his positive look towards everything as, he, in his mind, already won the Mr. Olympia before he even got on stage when he would compete.
