One of the hardest things as a parent is knowing when to step in... and when to wait.

I know how instinctive it is to hear your baby cry and immediately want to scoop them up.

But not every cry means your baby is fully awake.

Sometimes, babies briefly cry, fuss, roll around, or even stand up between sleep cycles while their brain is still transitioning through sleep. These are called partial arousals, and they’re actually a normal part of healthy sleep development.

The tricky part? If we rush in too quickly, we can accidentally wake them fully when they may have settled back to sleep on their own.

This doesn’t mean ignoring your baby or leaving them to cry. If your little one is genuinely awake, hungry, sick, or needs comfort, absolutely respond. The goal is simply to learn the difference between a true wake-up and a normal sleep transition.
Understanding what’s happening can take away so much of the guesswork and help you respond with confidence instead of panic.

👉🏻 Swipe through to learn what partial arousals look like, why they happen, and how giving your baby a few minutes can sometimes be exactly what they need.

Have you ever watched your baby cry out, only to look at the monitor a minute later and see them fast asleep again? Let me know in the comments! 💛

Critics are calling it: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I haven’t slept since the pilot.”

Starring:
* One baby who suddenly forgot how to sleep.
* Two parents surviving on caffeine and vibes.
* Google at 3:17 AM.
* A yoga ball that’s seen things no yoga ball should ever see.

Featuring unforgettable episodes like:
* The Floorboard That Ruined Everything
* False Start: The Baby Strikes Back
* The 37-Minute Nap
* Is That a Baby... or a Tiny Rooster? (4:52 AM edition)

Plot twist:

It’s been 5 weeks, everyone keeps saying, “It’s just a regression,” and you’re starting to wonder if this is simply your personality now.

Here’s the thing: the 4-month regression is real, but it isn’t meant to last forever. If sleep never seems to recover, it’s often because your baby’s sleep needs have changed—and they may just need a little guidance learning how to fall asleep in a new way.

Good news? You don’t have to just survive this season. 💛

Comment “SLEEP” if this documentary feels a little too autobiographical

Anyone else feel like toddler sleep should come with a walkthrough, a strategy guide, and unlimited extra lives?

One minute they’re exhausted, the next they’re doing parkour off the couch, requesting 14 snacks, and suddenly remembering a stuffed animal they haven’t seen since 2024.

If you’re in the trenches of toddler sleep right now, I see you. This stage can feel like the hardest level yet.

The good news? It doesn’t have to stay this way.

Drop a 🙋🏻‍♀️ if your toddler has turned bedtime into a competitive sport.

I know... it almost sounds too good to be true.

When parents tell me they’re already seeing a huge difference after just a few days, they’re usually the ones saying,
“There’s no way this is actually working...”

Meanwhile me:
“Don’t be shocked... you’re shocked? I’M shocked.” 😂

The truth is, when you have the right plan for your child, a schedule that actually matches their needs, and consistent, gentle support, sleep can improve much faster than most parents expect.

That doesn’t mean every family sees a perfect sleeper overnight, but many start noticing meaningful changes within the first few days.

You don’t have to keep guessing or just hope your child eventually grows out of it.

If you’re exhausted and ready for a plan that actually makes sense, comment “SLEEP” or book your free discovery call. 💛

You finally did it.

You rocked, shushed, bounced, transferred like a ninja, and somehow managed to sneak out of the room without making a sound.

You make yourself a coffee...
Sit on the couch...
Take one deep breath...
And then...

MAMA!!!!!!!

You know that moment when you finally see the light at the end of the tunnel (aka nap time )… and suddenly your little one decides sleep is optional?

Yeah… let’s talk about why that happens 👇🏻

Babies and toddlers often resist naps not because they’re not tired—but because they’re overtired, overstimulated, or going through developmental leaps. Their brains are busy, and sleep can feel like missing out.

✨ A few things that can help:
• Watch wake windows instead of the clock
• Create a consistent wind-down routine
• Catch those early sleepy cues (before the meltdown hits)

Because when naps start working with you instead of against you… that “me time” finally becomes real 💛
