Hi everyone! I’m Dana. I teach group fitness classes here at GoodLife, and I love every single moment I’m gifted with when you trust me with your workout experience.
I saw a quote recently and wanted to share my version of it with you all. I’ve noticed a massive, positive shift in our classes lately, and I realized this is exactly what it is:
We are a community that thrives on challenge. 💪
This is our space—filled with motivation, inspiration, love, knowledge, and all the support needed to reach goals we once only dreamed of.
We have come together as like-minded people who feed off the energy of a loud “woohoo!” We are inspired to lift a little heavier or dig a little deeper because the person right next to us is pushing past their own limits. We love showing up after a long day or a tough week to support each other through the sweat. Simply put: we love to see each other succeed.
So, thank you again for continuing to show up:
