Chia pudding is probably one of the easiest, healthiest breakfasts there is!
Packed full of nutrients, protein, healthy fats!
2tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
Fruit of choice, I love berries or mango
Cinnamon
No sweetener needed but maple syrup is great addition
Shake it in container when all ingredients added and leave overnight for breakfast or snack! Voila!
