Last nights snowstorm lived up to the hype and the roads are pretty bad.

We're going to close the gym today so the plows have a chance to get out and clear the streets.

Bust out the shovels and lift snow with good form for your workouts ;)

Big Welcome to the newest member of the team - Kennedy!

Kennedy is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel and perform their best. She grew up in the Valley and spent most of her life playing on a court or a field. Sports have always been a big part of who she is, which drove her to compete in varsity volleyball at Cambrian College.

her love for athletics and the outdoors inspires the way She practices. She enjoys working with athletes of all levels, as well as anyone looking to move better, prevent injury, or simply feel more comfortable in their day-to-day life. She believes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients can focus on their goals, whether that’s improving performance, recovering from activity, or finding a moment of calm.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find her spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, or staying active.
