Mission Accomplished, welcome to cross country (XC) running season.

Thank you to Laurentian Cross Country Running and Track and Coach Darren Jermyn for organizing the LU Rumble on the Rock XC Meet.

Over 900 kids (Grade 3-12) from Sudbury and across Northern Ontario challenged themselves on the hilly Laurentian University trails and made us proud just by crossing the finish line.

Shout out to Brynn, Henry, Brooke, Finn, Marguerite, Sam, Katie, Evelyn, T, Zoe, Ciara, Jane, Augie, Simon, Maeve and Wendel for personal bests, impressive results and brave running across the board!
