Training breaks your body down. Recovery is where it rebuilds stronger.
If youâre constantly pushing without giving your body time to recover, youâre limiting your progress. Quality sleep, proper nutrition, hydration, mobility work, and rest days all play a huge role in building strength, improving performance, and preventing injury.
Remember: You donât get stronger during your workoutâyou get stronger from recovering after it.

BEAT THE CLOCKÂ
This class is fast-paced, high energy metabolic conditioning workout built around time-based challenges. Instead of focusing on a set number of repetitions, participants race against a countdown timer to complete a specific work intervals or rounds. It is highly adaptable, scalable for all fitness levels, and incredibly efficient for burning fat and building cardiovascular endurance.

Join in on this highly efficient training structure that maximizes calorie burn and muscle engagement by stacking different training styles into one complete workout. Work through high-intensity intervals to build stamina, power, and mental toughness. This class will give you the strong fitness base you always wanted in combination with HYROX race preparation.

ROW & REPS
Instead of doing all your cardio at the end of the workout (or not at all), this workout style blends the use of our rowing machines and weightlifting together for a complete workout. The workout raises your heart rate, forcing your body to increase its metabolic rate while moving between stations, all while building incredible work capacity.
