I love a new challenge, so I thought I’d try this treadmill one that has gone viral.
An incline of 12, speed of 3 for 30 minutes.
In all honesty, I’m more of a jump on the treadmill and run or sprint kinda gal. I love a 15 incline squat walk or side shuffles.
I was surprised that even with the simplicity of this challenge, my lower body was on fire, my abs were tight and boy was I sweaty at the end.
So, I’m challenging my friends with treadmills to give this a shot and let me know what you think!

Well me made it through our sugar-free January!! 💕
Congratulations to all my ladies who put a solid effort in reducing/eliminating sugar for the month.
I got some great feedback with respect to the benefits…less bloating, more energy, clearer skin, better sleep, able to focus better, and a few inches and pounds lost!
It was a great reset and reminded us once again to be more mindful about what we are eating every day.
Remember that small daily changes equal long term results!💕
