While it was slightly painful to watch Roger try to figure out how to work his camera 📱🤳…in the end he prevailed and there’s proof that we survived our first night back to Zumba in Torbrook! 😆💦

We truly hope that everyone has enjoyed their Summer season. While I’m sad that August flew by we are both really excited to see everyone in the Karate and Zumba classes!

⭐️ Zumba is back next week (starting Thurs Sept 10 in Torbrook). And then it’s the usual class schedule from there on.
⭐️ Karate kicks off the following week (starting with Coldbrook, Tues Sept 15 and then Torbrook on Thurs Sept 17). It’s not too late to register for the Karate classes - send us a DM to get started!
