Dear Gym Fam
With the ongoing situation of Covid 19 we have made the decision to close from March 16 to March 23. We will be assessing the situation next weekend and providing an update.
We all need to foster a degree of social distancing as recommended by public health authorities.
Being a leader in our community we feel we have a social responsibility to help prevent the spread and transmission and protect the most vulnerable in our communities.

This is a very difficult decision for a small family run business to make but we feel that this is the responsible decision to make. We ask that you continue to support us during this unprecedented time. We all need to continue to support our local businesses, so there are still local businesses when this is over. We have many entrepreneurs in our tribe and we will do our best to support and work with them at this time.

We ask that you to continue to take proper health precautions. We take pride in the health and safety precautions we have in place and will continue to make your safety our priority. If you have travelled within the last 14 days or have attended a large gathering ( sports event, concert,conference etc) please give yourself 14 days from either your re-entry or the event date before you make your glorious appearance back on my floor.

Take this time to get outside and keep moving! You all know your stuff. I’m going to check out Zoom and a couple other things so I can virtually continue to kick your butts😉. I will keep you posted.
