Today is not an easy announcement to make.
After exhausting every effort to bring in investors, partners, new ownership, and sustainable staffing solutions, LIFT Fitness & Performance Inc will be closing effective Tuesday, February 24th.
This decision comes after deep consideration and many attempts to keep the doors open.
To every member, athlete, parent, and coach who walked through our doors β thank you. You built this community. You made LIFT more than a gym.
We are incredibly proud of the strength, confidence, and friendships that were formed here.
Further details will be shared directly with members regarding next steps.

π FAMILY DAY AT LIFT π
On Monday, February 16th, 2026, LIFT will be CLOSED so our team (and you!) can spend quality time with the people who matter most.
Family > Everything.
But that doesnβt mean you canβt move together! Here are some fun, active ideas to make the most of the day:
βοΈ Family Winter Walk or Hike β Bundle up and explore a local trail.
π Pond Hockey or Backyard Mini Game Tournament β Keep it simple and fun.
π· Tobogganing or Snow Play β Sprints uphill count as conditioning π
π Living Room Fitness Challenge:
10 Squats
10 Push-Ups
20 Jumping Jacks
30-second Plank
Complete 5 rounds together as a family!
Movement doesnβt have to be complicated β it just has to be done together.
π₯ Family Day Protein Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup oats (blended into flour)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
2 eggs
Β½ tsp baking powder
Splash of milk
Blend, cook on medium heat, and top with Greek yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Simple. Delicious. Strong-fuel approved. πͺ

The gym will be CLOSED all day for Thanksgiving so our team (and you!) can spend time with family, food, and maybeβ¦ just a little fitness. π
Before you dive into that feast, try this fun Thanksgiving At-Home Challenge:
ποΈββοΈ βThe Turkey Burnerβ β 20-Min AMRAP
10 Goblet Squats (or Air Squats)
10 Push-Ups
20 Walking Lunges
10 Burpees (because gravy isnβt free)
30 Mountain Climbers
π Goal: See how many rounds you can complete before the turkey timer goes off!
And if you want a healthy side to go with that pumpkin pie, hereβs a quick recipe from our team:
π₯ Harvest Protein Salad
2 cups spinach or kale
Β½ cup roasted sweet potatoes
ΒΌ cup dried cranberries
ΒΌ cup pumpkin seeds or pecans
4 oz grilled chicken or turkey breast
Toss with olive oil + balsamic glaze
πͺ Eat well. Move a little. Be thankful for strength, family, and another great year at LIFT.
