The people who depend, love, and appreciate you today don't have this disposition towards you because you're perfect. That's not even a human quality. It's because you "show up" for them ✊

Happy birthday Mike, one more year and it's time to start taking Metamucil with your plain scrambled eggs in the morning. The 30's club patiently awaits until you also show up for that challenge 😉

It's a well-known formula in cycling: take the number of kms you just rode, divide it by half your current age and that's how many minutes your riding partner has to get you both a coffee before this happens 😅

This whole pandemic premium that's being paid for used bikes is off the chain! One of our guys sold his backup, an 8-year old Cervelo, for more than he paid originally! With a cracked rim! And he could have easily gotten $200 more for it 🤯

We won't mention which one of us needs to sharpen their reselling instincts, but he rides this Felt now and if you're looking to basically steal a bike from someone, shoot us an offer. Any offer. So get this: 99% of this ride was unknowingly spent in the big chainring 👀😅

Up, down, flat, doesn't matter we're pushing through, even though it obviously feels off. Naturally, any type of unnecessary leg work triggers an immediate search for coffee and pastries 🥐

Finding new riding areas is almost as addicting as discovering new cafés and in Kleinburg definitely didn't dissapoint ☕

Who would have thought we'd get excited about empty road as adults 😍

Europe can have its cycling climbs and heart-stopping descents, Canada offers thousands of kilometers of cycling, running routes & forest trails that stretch from the Atlantic to the Pacific where in some parts you wouldn't even see a single car for days!

Tough times don't last, tough people do. And well-built covered bridges 👌
