The Cerebral Palsy/Les Autres National Games invited the dwarf community to their Olympic-style competition at Michigan State University. Some events pitted the 30 participating dwarf athletes against each other. The experience was life-altering – the Dwarf Athletic Association of America was created on the spot. Almost three decades later, DAAA invites the World back to MSU for the largest sports event in history exclusively for athletes with dwarfism.
