Quad Cities Hockey School is a 2 week hockey conditioning camp that will run from August 8th-August 18th

Quad Cities Hockey School is a two week all intensive on-and-off ice hockey training program to prepare players for a long, successful season. The camp is developed to increase both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning to ensure athletes sustain optimal levels of energy, power, and strength all game long. Our schedule, intensity and atmosphere will mimic the experience of a junior level hockey training camp.
