TimeOUT TENT:
New to Pride in the Park this year is the TimeOUT Tent. In partnership with Pride Niagara, OUTniagara is hosting a space at Pride in the Park that will provide folks an opportunity to take a deep breath, re-centre and chill out in between all of the hustle and bustle that the last day of Pride Week has to offer (not to mention what the week had to offer).

OUTniagara is also working with community members to offer activities such as yoga, Indigenous healing and more!

ANNOUNCEMENT:

It is with mixed emotions that I’ve decided to cancel Rainbow Flow classes at Power Yoga Canada St. Catharines (at least, for now!).

One emotion is sadness. This is something I’m so passionate about and I’ve loved sharing with many folks over the past few months! I will certainly miss that experience.

Another feeling is excitement! Excitement to shift focus and energy towards a few other 2SLGBTQIA+ yoga events and opportunities!😉

The last (but most important) feeling is GRATITUDE. To everyone who came out, supported Rainbow Flow, and was a big YES for it, THANK YOU! Whether it was your first time trying yoga or 1000th time practicing, all of your support means so much to me.

You can still catch me teaching every week at , SOON TO BE !!
Wednesday’s at 8pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm.

I’m also always open to offering private, small group or corporate classes! Just shoot me a message and we’ll make it happen ☺️
