Camel Pose is a gentle heart-opening backbend that invites both strength and softness into your practice.
As you lift through the chest and create space across the front body, you’re not just stretching. You are opening yourself to deeper breath, energy, and awareness.
Often associated with the Anahata (Heart) Chakra, this pose encourages emotional openness while helping you build a sense of confidence and empowerment.
Physically, it can improve posture, counteract the effects of prolonged sitting (like slouching and rounding of the back), and relieve back pain.

Extended Child’s Pose is a deeply grounding and restorative posture that invites the body to soften, slow down, and release.
Often seen as a posture of rest and surrender, this pose encourages you to reconnect with your breath while gently letting go of physical and emotional tension you may be carrying.
As the torso melts toward the earth and the arms extend forward, the body receives a deep yet gentle stretch through the hips, thighs, ankles, spine, shoulders, and back body. It can help release tightness in the neck and lower back — especially when the forehead and torso are fully supported — while creating length and space throughout the spine.
This posture is also incredibly calming for the nervous system. The forward-folding shape naturally encourages introspection and grounding, helping quiet mental overwhelm, regulate anxious energy, and ease the effects of stress, fatigue, overstimulation, or prolonged sitting.
Emotionally and spiritually, Extended Child’s Pose creates a sense of safety, surrender, and return to self 🤍

So many of us are moving through life like everything is an emergency - constantly checking, reacting, rushing, overthinking, bracing for the next thing. And over time, the nervous system starts treating everything like a threat.
A text message feels urgent.
An email feels urgent.
A missed call feels urgent.
The growing to-do list, the unread notifications, the endless mental tabs open in your mind … all of it starts to feel like a five-alarm fire.
But not everything requires immediate access to your energy.
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is pause.
Take a deep breath. Soften your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Step away from the noise.
And remind yourself: not everything is urgent 🤍

Bhadrasana, also known as Butterfly Pose, is a gentle seated posture that encourages softness, release, and stillness in both the body and mind.
As the soles of the feet come together and the knees open wide, the pose creates a deep stretch through the inner thighs, hips, and lower back. It can help improve flexibility in the hips and support better posture, especially for those who spend long hours sitting.
When paired with slow breathing or a gentle forward fold, Butterfly Pose becomes deeply calming for the nervous system. The inward shape naturally encourages the body to slow down, making it a supportive pose during moments of stress, overwhelm, or anxiety.
Emotionally, Bhadrasana invites you to soften your grip and let go of tension you may be holding physically or mentally. Rather than forcing flexibility, the pose teaches patience, ease, and acceptance - meeting yourself exactly where you are.
With consistent practice, Butterfly Pose can leave you feeling more open, grounded, and connected within ✨

Gentle reminder 🤍
You do not have to earn rest.
Rest is part of a healthy, balanced life... not something reserved for burnout.
In a world that constantly encourages more doing, more rushing, and more proving, choosing to pause can feel uncomfortable. But slowing down is not laziness. It is care. It is listening. It is allowing your nervous system a moment to breathe.
Remember, you are allowed to soften before burnout asks you to 🤍
