Exhale Fitness provides a space for affordable fitness in The Highlands. We offer all of the machines you need to do your workouts in a relaxed setting in downtown Haliburton. We believe that physical fitness provides an avenue for mental health, which is important to us. We are a members only gym, and our members have 24/7 access to work out at their convenience. Memberships are $50 a month, or if you are just visiting you can sign up to be a "per swipe" user at $10 per swipe.

Memberships are on the rise again since the mandates have ended, and with all the new people who have moved into the Halliburton areas, there are no signs of it slowing.
Life has taken me almost 4 hours away from Halliburton. Unfortionatly, I can not give this business the time or attention it deserves (you deserve).
That being said, Chuck has been doing a fantastic job of running the place for me, making himself available for all of your workout needs.
Building this business has been a wonderful journey; both getting to directly or indirectly help so many others on the way has been very fulfilling. For that I'd like to take a moment to personally thank everyone of you who have followed this page and/or been part of this process with me of building such a unique club in a beautiful town with such a strong sense of community.
I am reaching out to all of you who are following this page because some of you love this place and see the potential there is to continue growth here and the dire need for a facility such as this one for the area.
The Exhale business, along with the entire basement of 50 York Street, four empty spaces and four already rented spaces is for sale.
The only conditions are that the gym stays for the town at least until there is another to join.

WE CAN OPEN!!!
The gym will be opening this Saturday July 15th for EXISTING members only, and Next week for NON EXISTING members.
If you want your card renewed please contact me or Sean please. As well as to set up appointments if you would like to be a new members.
As of next weekend I will not be working at the gym anymore so after this time please send all gym inquires to Sean Chapman, Owner of Exhale Fitness Studio please.

Happy Easter Weekend. Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.
Due to recent new guidelines by the government the gym will be fully closed. Thank you everyone for keeping us busy over the last little bit, and we hope to open our doors agian starting May 1st.
