My Way Dance School announces the opening of WINTER DANCE CAMP registration from December 27th to December 31st from 9am to 5pm (8 hours!) at 59 McQuade Lake Crescent, Halifax, NS B3S 1C4
By registering your child with us, you automatically free yourself from the question of who to leave the child with during the holidays and how to keep her/him busy. We will make sure that your children are busy with various developmental activities all the time.
Parents will be provided with a daily photo and video reports.

Here's a quick daily schedule of the day:
9:00 - 9:30 - meeting children
9:30 - 10:30 - choreography lesson
10:30 - 11:30 - various master classes (origami, polymer clay modeling, etc.), games. Every day a different kind of activity.
11:30 - 12:30 - acrobatics, stretching
12:30 - 1:30 - lunch
1:30 - 2:30 - outdoor games (the area near the entrance to the building will be fenced).
2:30 - 3:00 - snack (fruits)
3:00 - 5:00 - games for the development of acting skills, relay races with prizes, team games. Every day a different kind of activity.

On December 31, after lunch, we will have a New Year Party🎄!!!
(our staff will make festive makeup for children(butterflies, cats, tigers, etc.), kids will change into festive outfits (optional), and we will have a disco with a sweet treat. Parents can join us 🙂

The cost of the camp includes water, fruits for a snack, prizes, and a treat on December 31st.

Let me introduce the main teacher of our dance school.

Oleksandr Zagorodnii graduated from the National Academy of Culture and Art with a Bachelor's Degree in Dance.

He has over 13 years of experience as a professional dancer, and 3 years of pedagogical experience.

From 2007 to 2015 he was a Principal Dancer of Kyiv National Academic Operetta's Theatre, and in parallel from 2011 to 2014, he taught choreography to children in the Barvinok Dance School.

Prior to moving to Canada in 2020, he toured across France for 5 years, participating in world-class performances and working with numerous outstanding choreographers.

Now it's time to share these experiences with the new generation of dancers. A serious attitude to class preparation and an individualized approach for each student to uncover and develop each to their fullest potential is what distinguishes Oleksandr from many other teachers.
