This Thanksgiving, my heart is full. I’m thankful for waking up each day — for the gift of another sunrise and another chance to live, laugh, love, and learn.

I’m grateful for both the big and small blessings that fill my life, for the freedom to live and let live, to give and receive, to share, care, love and be loved.

I’m thankful for the quiet moments that bring peace, the laughter that fills my days, and the simple joys that remind me how beautiful life truly is.

I’m thankful for family near and far, for framily (friends like family), my lovely DDs, BFFs, FFL, beshies and friends — old and new.

And I’m thankful for the endless opportunities to rise after every fall, to discover, to grow, and learn.

I am thankful for the eternal hope and faith that give me courage to get up and keep going — my heart truly overflows with gratitude.

ME TIME on My Birthday (April 11)

I’ve reached a chapter in life where many dear friends and relatives have moved on to the next life. Their memories live in my heart, and their absence reminds me to cherish every moment.

My brain wants to do 10,000 things, but my body gently asks me to pause… to pace myself… to be mindful.

I now treat every single day as a bonus—a blessing. A quiet space to reflect, give thanks, and simply be.

This birthday, I’m choosing ME time—to breathe, feel, remember, and celebrate this beautiful, unpredictable journey called life.
