Adventure should be accessible to everyone. 💙

Lunar Adventures is proud to partner with Adaptive Paddling Solutions to offer FREE Accessible & Adaptive Kayaking Clinics in Timberlea, Nova Scotia.

This program is designed to remove barriers and create opportunities for people of all abilities to experience the freedom, confidence, connection and joy of being on the water.

♿ Who is it for?
The program welcomes participants who may benefit from adaptive instruction or equipment, including people who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, autistic, living with Down syndrome, cognitive or sensory disabilities, mental health access needs, and others who would benefit from additional support.

🛶 What’s provided:
• Adaptive kayaking equipment as needed
• Individualized instruction
• Certified Paddle Canada instructors
• Supportive seating, stabilizing outriggers and modified equipment
• Caregivers welcome to participate alongside participants when appropriate
