Practicing pilates at home had kept me sane during these turbulent times. Although I can’t have corrections in the same way, I still feel the progress.
One thing people tell me on eob is that they LOVE the live corrections and feedback I can give them in the moment. At eob I’m focusing on YOU, and trust I can spot a pelvis that is out of neutral just as easily though a screen as I can in real life.
If your looking for free classes online to mix in - I recommend youtube . I don’t agree with a lot of their weight loss motivation 🙄 but if you can tune it out, the work outs are great.

Happy to announce that starting next week ya’ll will be seeing on Tuesday’s at 930am for BARRE.
Katie’s been teaching barre around the city of Halifax for a number of years. Her barre classes are expertly lead, with her background in physical education (along with two barre trainings) and sunny disposition, you’ll feel the burn and enjoy it too 😉

Pilates focuses the subtle work of core stabilization. A lot of us are focussed on the bigger movements, weight lifting and cardiovascular exercises (all of which are great ways to move the body) however incorporating pilates into your routine will reduce you risk for injury and IMPROVE your entire fitness regimen.
Pilates mobilizes and strengthens. It’s a win/win ! 👏
