Learn the stretches and movements needed to achieve your splits. This is for all levels as I have progressions and regressions to offer!

Focusing on - Legs , Back , Neck , Spine. Making connections on what muscles are needed for these moves. Going at your body’s pace so nothing gets over stretched or hyperextended which is very important !‼️
