Ball Rolling to Tone, Lengthen and Realign Your Body
April 12th at 11:00 to 1:00

A guided self assessment of your body’s posture/alignment followed by a ball rolling session to realign and lengthen muscles. Explore the instant effects of ball rolling which lengthens muscles thus freeing restrictions and improving movement fluidity. It’s a workout, a massage, and a chiropractic session all in one!

Very limited enrollment of 15 people.
$25. for members; $30. for non members

The Studio will be closed April 3rd for Good Friday and April 5th for Easter Sunday. Join us for regularly scheduled classes Saturday April 4th and Monday April 6th .
