After an incredible first session, we’re excited to announce that StrongHER at is returning this summer at Kinfix Health + Fitness ! ⚡️

If you’re looking for a fun, active, and empowering summer activity for your daughter, StrongHER is a great place to start!

StrongHER Youth Program (Ages 11–16)

This 6-week girls-only strength program is designed to help young athletes and beginners build confidence, learn proper strength training technique, and develop a strong foundation in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Led by strength coach and physiotherapist Hayley MacDonald, each session focuses on teaching safe and effective strength training, including fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and upper body exercises, while also introducing warm-ups, recovery, and healthy fitness habits.

Whether your daughter is brand new to the gym or looking to become stronger for sports and everyday life, StrongHER provides a welcoming space where girls can learn, grow, and discover what they’re capable of.

Program Details:

🗓 Dates: July 7th – August 11th

⏰ Time: Tuesdays at 4:00 PM

📍 Location: Kinfix Health + Fitness – 383 Herring Cove Rd.

👧 Ages: 11–16

👥 Small group coaching
