We anticipate the test days will begin in April and then one night a week for the whole season.

AMKA, Nova Scotia Kart racing

August 18 TEST DAY - we will be using the lower parking lot (AMKA paddock). Welcome to set up at 6pm.

Natal day Kart Practice is on tonight - from 7 as usual (can arrivw from 6pm) We are still using the upper pitlane, please do not block people in 😉

A few notes:
- kartbahn testing waiver needs to be filled by everyone present.
- please make sure the pitlane is clear before bringing karts in (confirm with kartbahn)
- these are test days - not racing - leave space and drive with margin (not on the limit).
- junior and senior can run together, cadet and new (young) karters in a separate group.
- limit sessions to 8 minutes, so that there is basically a group rotation every 10 minutes.
-signal intent to enter the pits when coming up the hill with your raised arm BEFORE decelerating or braking
- pitlane speed needs to be a WALKING SPEED from the time you enter pitlane. If you have brake problems, DO NOT enter pitlane (this should be obvious…). PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE HERE.

Parents - please speak to your kids about this and help to enforce with them during sessions.

Monday Night Test - We will be using the upper parking lot today and the Kartbahn Pitlane. You can arrive from 6pm. See you there.

Great first evening back in track for practices. There has never been a better time to bug a kart. Practice/ fitness/speed !

As mentioned last night - we will use the upper pitlane for now, but will have to change to the bottom paddock once we see that attendance requires it.

By popular demand, we will be hosting weekly (sometimes more) testing sessions for those with Briggs powered karts entered in AMKA, Nova Scotia Kart racing or looking to get into racing.

Cost will be $300 for the testing membership.

We plan on the following dates:

Monday evenings after 7pm until November 2025 (we will adjust times based on daylight hours) -starting July 14. That's at least 15 days to get on track!

We will allow for other days depending on the member count and requests from membership. These dates will be included, but will be available for singular purchase for those not choosing the become members ($50/day).

We hope to see everyone back on track practicing!

Hello karters!

As AMKA welcomes CEKS drivers to the ARMS event on Sunday, we are making the track available for testing and pre-event practice.

Cost is $50. Come to one or come to all, it is your choice.

Format - 16 karts max per session, Cadets will run separate from others. Sessions will be 8 minute rotations, on the 10's (as best we can)

This is practice, not racing - behave accordingly!

We have an evening practice on Wednesday the 27th starting at 6pm (lower parking).
