The second Splash and Dash of the series is fast approaching and will take place this coming Sunday! These events are a perfect introduction to multisport and would be great for people of all ages and athletic abilities. The races are based out of the new Halifax Commons Aquatic Facility, and there are both kids and adult options available! There will be both super sprint and sprint distance options available to adults for the last two events (August 6th and August 20th). Registration fees are $5 for kids and $10 for adults. Our first Halifax Commons Splash and Dash was a big success! Congratulations to all of the athletes that participated, you all managed to make it out despite the flooding and you also all did amazingly well!
