Metro Mariners FC Men's and Coed are both at the top of their respective divisions heading soon into the xmas break.

Both the Metro Mariners FC and Metro Mariners Coed teams have only two games remaining to end their seasons.
Both clubs sitting in first place now have a strangle hold on both league championships, while moving into the playoffs in mid-September looking in great form.
Kent Stevens comfortably leads both the MSMSL and CISL in the hunt for the golden boot, scoring 56 goals in 34 regular season games thus far.
Metro Mariners FC next match will take place this Sunday night 9:00pm August 04th Burnside All-Weather field to clinch the league title again for back to back seasons.

Summer 2016 - The Metro Mariners Football Club are celebrating their 10th Year Anniversary playing in the MSMSL.

Still slotted in first place with 7 games remaining the Mariners look to continue their success from the past.

The 23-1-1 Metro Mariners Football Club will kick off tonight against the 21-2-2 Athens United for the Upper Division Playoff Championship. The Metro Mariners winning the league last week with a 5-3 victory over Athens are hoping they can repeat their success tonight. Kickoff 9pm Weir Field Sackville Nova Scotia.

With a comfortable 5 - 3 victory last night over the Eastern Canadian Gold medal winners Athens Football Club, The Metro Mariners with two games left are one point away from clinching the upper division title. Regis Simons, Kent Stevens and Will Burt supplied the goal scoring last night. While the Mariners defense led by Geoff Power held strong. James Foley with another solid showing helped keep the score out of reach.
