I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: every class feels like a party! I lo Zumba has changed my life.
I have been teaching Zumba since October 2010 and have been loving every minute of it! I fell in love with the music, the moves and the people who attend class are always happy. I can't think of a better way to exercise. Come check out one of my classes and Party Yourself into Shape with Zumba!

Well 💩!!!
Code Brown at the beginning of our Halloween Aqua Zumba party! But we should be proud of ourselves, 3 bags of donations and $20 for Feed Nova Scotia. Next week we'll have a do-over, who cares that it will be November!!!

Time just flies when you're having fun.
It's hard to believe that 15 years ago I got licenced to teach Zumba - that's a whole lot of moving and shaking!!
