I’m not in the most photogenic mood right now, so I’ll save the picture designed to make people feel bad.
Friday morning I woke up with a pretty familiar, god awful pain in my abdomen. I was pretty positive it was my diverticulitis coming back for a second round and it turns out I was right.
This time it came with sharper teeth, and on Saturday morning after visiting a walk in clinic, I was transferred to emerg and then transferred to Halifax Infirmary where general surgery was expecting me.
The good news is that surgery probably won’t be required. The other good news (and this is important, probably the most important) is that I was talked out of hiding it until after Kaizen Pro Wrestling’s show on Saturday.
That decision probably saved me from a much worse ending than the current.
I’ll be in the hospital for the next few days. I’m going to be alright, although slow moving for the foreseeable future.
Don’t let anxiety put you in the situation I was talked out of. You mean more to everyone alive than you ever will dead.

This Saturday, you had the privilege of witnessing me turn 40. That’s one year closer to death’s loving embrace… which, ironically on death’s brighter side, is also one year closer to not having to share the planet with some of you.

On one hand, I enjoy this man. But I’m getting old. Maintenance is required to keep this machine running.
I’ll go sharpen the other.

Benoit Gravel and Ian Pratt are both incredible strikers who use agility and athletics to confuse opponents and wow audiences.
Will Benoit use his relentless kicks or will Ian be able to chop him down?

Here we see the Capers in their natural habitat. Drunk, rowdy and incredibly insulting.
You’re lucky I’m going to be in town.

This is absolute bu****it and people should and NEED to be infuriated.
A literal decision saying “person is evicted September 30th, 2026.” It’s not even August yet and she comes home to her home being demolished.
Tim Houston, come on buddy. This is unacceptable and would be a very easy way to sway votes.
Hold those responsible accountable and make sure this garbage doesn’t happen in the future.
