Hey all,
This is just a friendly post to let everyone know that I'm very happy with the progress and effort you are putting in to your Hung Gar.
Hung Gar is not an easy Martial Art. If you want to get to the higher sash levels you really need to put in the extra effort. Practicing outside of class (be it stance training, going over your forms in your head, actually doing your forms, etc) will only help you get better and advance more quickly.
I'm pleased with how well everyone has progressed over the past year and I hope you all continue to train hard.
If you're one of those crazy people who is NOT training with me *GASP* then I suggest you get in touch with me to start! We're all a friendly bunch with a relaxed training atmosphere, but we train hard. It's great exercise and self defence!
Respectfully,
Sifu

As you can see, we have the image that will be the small crest for the school's logo and shirts. We will also have a shirt with the larger crest on the back of the shirts which you can see in our profile images. Things are starting to pick up :D
Glad to see everyone working hard last night. Good job on Five Animals / Five Elements to the blues and browns. And to the returning students, good job on remembering your forms. I'm impressed with how quickly you guys are picking up your old forms :)
Keep up the great work! :D
We had a great first class at the new location. Hope to see more of you there soon!
Hey all! Just a reminder that class is at the William Spry Rec Centre tonight! Class starts at 7:30pm, but you can show up earlier than that (I think 15 mins would be okay). You don't need to sign in at the desk or anything like that. Come in the main doors and go to your right. There is a set of stairs by the library and you want to go up those, then go straight ahead to the dance studio.
If you can't find the room then just go to the front desk and ask them for directions, or call my cell (902-448-4665) and I'll come get you :) Hope to see lots of you there! :D
