At PuncHIIT Fitness get a great variety of group fitness classes (Kickboxing, Boxing, Kettlebells, Group Strength, Pilates, etc) & Personal Training.

We also offer 1-on-1 private personal training. In our private personal training room we focus on your goals. That might be to get stronger, add muscle, increase mobility & flexibility, core strengthening, cardio endurance or even learning a new skill (i.e. boxing or kickboxing). High-energy conditioning meets strictly boxing-based training. Heavy bag work, timed rounds, footwork, cardio, core, and full-body conditioning β€” without the kicks, knees, or elbows.

We’re looking for a few reliable, community-minded people to join our Energy Exchange team β€” a simple way to trade a few hours each week for full access to the gym.

CURRENT OPENINGS:
