High-energy conditioning meets strictly boxing-based training. Heavy bag work, timed rounds, footwork, cardio, core, and full-body conditioning β without the kicks, knees, or elbows.

Weβre also making a few small summer weekend schedule adjustments to give everyone a little more flexibility to train hard *and* enjoy the sunshine this season. βοΈ

Summer weekends mean work hard, play harder! Get your workouts in before the rest of the weekend adventures begin. Beach days, patios, road trips, late nights β it all feels better after a good session at the gym!
Friday nights: 4:45pm & 5:45pm
