🏸 Dartmouth Badminton Club Summer Camp🏸

By popular demand, DBC is excited to bring back their badminton summer camp for 2026!

📅 August 17–21, 2026
📍 École Secondaire Mosaïque, Dartmouth

This year features two groups:

☀️ Morning Session (Grades 4–7)
Focus on fundamentals, technique, and building a strong foundation for future development.

🔥 Afternoon Session (Grades 8–12)
More advanced training with an emphasis on tactics, court movement, game play, and skill development.

Ages are a guideline. If you feel your child would be better suited for a different group, please reach out to discuss.

Badminton Nova Scotia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 3:00pm –5:00pm.

A link will be sent out via email and social media closer to the AGM.

Open Board positions include:

Individuals interested in running for one of the Board positions above are encouraged to attend the AGM and express their interest at the meeting.

The AGM is for you, our badminton member community. Members are encouraged to attend and hear directly from those involved in guiding the organization.

💙🏸 2027 Canada Winter Games – Team Nova Scotia Selection.💙🏸

Badminton Nova Scotia’s Canada Winter Games (CWG) coaching team is preparing for the final open selection event for Team Nova Scotia!

Following this selection, a core team will be identified to begin preparation for the 2027 Canada Winter Games.

📅 Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm
📍 Location: Dal Langille Athletic Centre, Truro

Player Requirements:
✔ U23 as of Dec 31, 2026 (born 2004 or later)
✔ Nova Scotia resident (students living in NS – please inquire about eligibility)
✔ Permanent residency or citizenship by Dec 31, 2026
