Tough workout last night!!!!
Hope everyone is sore but not too sore :)
Make sure you're drinking lots of water and have a 10min stretch sometime today to help with the stiffness.
Hard work pays off and from what I saw last night you are all on your way to meeting your fitness goals.

Bootcamp will be on the soccer field tonight. For those of you who don't know where this is it's in the same driveway as the regular field and you pass the 2 baseball fields, it's in the parking lot beyond. See you there:)

Just got back from the field and I think I spoke too soon. The field isn't safe to workout on and the Dome is booked for NS Football so unfortunately I'm going to cancel bootcamp for tonight. We will start again on Thursday. This won't affect the number of workouts as I'll just add it to the end of our session.
Sorry for any inconvenience but I'm not comfortable putting you guys on the field tonight.

We'll the forecast calls for some rain but that won't stop us. The plan right now is to have the bootcamp at the ball field but if the field is too wet then we'll move to the soccer field for our workout. If something changes and the weather gets a lot worse then I'll message you all with any changes.
Hope everyone is recovered from last week and ready to go tonight. Remember, soar muscles is just your body trying to convince you to stop and do something easy…..Your body can't tell you what to do, It can only make suggestions :)

THE WAIT IS OVER….BOOTCAMP STARTS TOMORROW!!!! Make sure you drink lots of water through the day and don't eat too close to workout time but don't skip supper. Bring lots of water and try to come a few min early to fill out a PAR-Q form.
