Cruadal a’Chuain
Kroo-uh-dull uh-hoo-in
Gaelic, meaning “Oceans Adversity”
The first of its kind in Canada, the Cruadal a’Chuain is an endurance lifesaving race, meant to challenge the limits of what Canadian lifesaving athletes have to offer. Being held at Martinique beach on the 5th August, 2018, it will consist of a 7km surf ski, a 1.5km swim, a 3km paddle, and a 3km run.
