My yoga practice is a constant in my life. When the outside world feels scary, turning inward can be a real refuge. Sometimes it’s the inner world that is most uncomfortable, finding centre then is the shelter until the storm passes. If you have healthful practices- keep them going now; if you’re searching for something to help is my fav mindfulness app and is a great site for yoga, Pilates and more. An awesome free app which I love is MindShift by ... let’s take care of each other
