Emily is a student and teacher of Iyengar yoga, a method that emphasizes alignment and the systematic cultivation of strength, flexibility, concentration and balance. Her involvement in a regional Iyengar yoga teacher training program over the past 4 years has allowed her to continuously develop and refine her skills as a teacher. She has also studied with senior Canadian, American and Indian Iyen

My yoga practice is a constant in my life. When the outside world feels scary, turning inward can be a real refuge. Sometimes it’s the inner world that is most uncomfortable, finding centre then is the shelter until the storm passes.
