May movement included:
- Sharing the use of exercise to prevent/manage burnout for high performing leaders
- Raced with friends & family (my brother ran a marathon!!)
- Run, Bike, Lift repeat
- Surpassed my yearly ocean swimming quota
Highlight: Got to rely on my body to see amazing views and have the most amazing experiences with my closest friends AND did not stress about the lack of structure that comes with vacation🙃
Prevention is preparation.
Move ya body & live a good life!!

if you wanted to find me in April you would have found me either:
- at Move East coaching or lifting
- at Propeller drinking coffee with friends or prepping a presentation
- somewhere in Mexico doing what you do in Mexico
- on a bike
- running despite my ankle saying no
- drinking coffee out of a mug with a J on it
Currently doing my best to keep this up in May (with a better functioning ankle) 🫡

i hope i never look back and wish i had done more for myself, especially when an experience depends on my body’s ability to carry me through it
i hope i never stand at the base of a hill at dawn, watching the sky change colour, knowing the sunrise is just out of reach because my legs can no longer take me there
i hope i never find myself wondering whether a slightly quicker pace, years earlier, might have made the difference - whether i’d be walking the cobblestones of an old medieval town instead of hearing it described by someone else
i hope i never sit on the edge of a bed, listening to life unfold outside my window, aware that the streets below are waiting while my body has already decided the day is done
i hope i never learn places only through borrowed memories, because my strength, balance, or breath tapped out long before my curiosity did
i know life happens, but if i can play a part and control my bodies functional capacity with a little bit of intentional activity daily - i am going to do it
and i hope you do too

December movement = FUN & SOCIAL
Q4 took me out I won’t lie 😂 it was one of the first times in my life I exercised for my mental health/ nervous system regulation. I’m lucky I have a foundation of discipline to fall on, the education knowing the importance of some movement is better than nothing and the accountability to do my best.
I highly recommend you surround yourself with type 2 fun enthusiasts who can make fitness fun and who also push their limits for those long-term wins.
I highly recommend you prioritize your sleep and recovery.
I highly recommend you sprint and run in vintage sweaters while listening to 50cent.
I highly recommend you compare yourself only to who you were yesterday.
I highly recommend you practice discipline now and invest time into your heart and metabolic health.
But most of all, I recommend enjoyment, sharing experiences with others, clocking out when you said you would and being kind to every single person you meet.
Project 30 has begun by the way 🏋🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🚴🏾♀️🏅

Although it’s the bulk of what I share on this page, I can’t stress enough that exercise and physical activity are meant to be part of your lifestyle… they don’t have to define your whole identity or take hours from your day 🙂
- you’ll feel better for it!
