And this season, we’ve been exploring two powerful spaces in the body — the knees and the heart. Heart Month feels especially meaningful as we continue our yoga series on knees and heart.
The knees teach humility and support.
The heart teaches love and expansion.
When we care for both, we build resilience from the ground up — physically and emotionally.
Our knees carry us forward.
Our heart reminds us why.
