Happy Competition Week to our competitive athletes! 🩵

This weekend, April 17-19, Provincial Stream and National Stream athletes from across New Brunswick will come together in Saint John to compete at the annual Ann Phillips Provincial Championships.

This competition serves as the qualifying meet for our Provincial Stream athletes as they work toward the Atlantic Regional Championships next month, and marks the final competition for our National Stream athletes ahead of the 2026 Canadian Championships. 🌊🫧

Best of luck to all athletes, coaches, and clubs attending this weekend. We wish everyone a fun and successful competition, and hope each swimmer leaves the weekend feeling proud of their hard work and performances. ❣️

Cette fin de semaine, du 17 au 19 avril, les athlètes du volet provincial et du volet national de partout au Nouveau-Brunswick se réuniront à Ann Phillips Provincial Championships à Saint John, NB.

Cette compétition sert de rencontre qualificative pour nos athlètes du volet provincial en vue des Championnats régionaux de l’Atlantique le mois prochain, et représente également la dernière compétition avant les Championnats canadiens pour nos athlètes du volet national. 🌊🫧

Congratulations to Surf City Artistic Swimming's Sydney MacEachern on her incredible performances at the 2026 National Qualifier, where she earned 6th place in Senior Solo Tech and 🥉 3rd place in Senior Solo Free. 👏💐

Sydney has been part of the NBAS community for well over a decade, with her training journey taking her from Aquasouls Artistic Swimming, to Waterloo Region Artistic Swimming (ON), and now Surf City Artistic Swimming, where she continues to compete while also coaching Youth NS.

Her continued growth and success reflect years of dedication, discipline, and commitment to the sport, and she remains an outstanding representative of New Brunswick Artistic Swimming. ❣️

Sydney has officially qualified in both solo events for the 2026 Canadian Championships, taking place May 5-9 in Saskatoon, SK.

We are proud to recognize this achievement and wish her the very best as she prepares for Nationals. 🇨🇦🌊
