PMA is excited to welcome Sebastian Torterolo from ECWA this weekend as a guest instructor!✨️ Sebastian is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic, where he works with provincial and national team athletes across multiple high-performance sports. With over a decade in the Canadian high-performance system, Sebastian specializes in developing athletic foundations, movement quality, and long-term athlete development. Sebastian began wrestling in high school in Florida and continued training and coaching in Vancouver, BC, learning from top coaches and athletes. He has spent the past six years coaching youth wrestling and grappling, with a strong focus on fundamental movement, physical literacy, and building confident young athletes. He is the founder and head coach of East Coast Wrestling Academy, where he leads a growing youth program built on strong technique, structured development, and a family-centered training environment. Sebastian’s passion is helping young athletes build the right habits early — learning to move well, stay disciplined, and develop skills that carry over to every martial art.

J’ai récemment commencé à tester quelques vidéos avec ma nouvelle lentille et mon nouvel appareil photo. Cette séquence a été capturée de base en 8K, avec une focale réglée a 135 mm depuis les estrades, afin de pousser mon matériel dans ses retranchements et de capter chaque détail avec précision. La vidéo a été prise ce week-end lors du Championnat canadien de taekwondo ITF à Lévis. On y voit Sean O'Neil, champion du monde, exécuter des déplacements et des contre-attaques d’une précision chirurgicale. Sa technique est fluide, méthodique, et illustre parfaitement l'adresse du Taekwon-do. Ce tournage était à la fois un test matériel et une occasion idéale de capturer l’essence du taekwondo à haut niveau, dans toute sa puissance et sa finesse.
