A friend joined this challenge on line. There's a cost and I thought we could do it without paying for it. It's completing 2020 km's in 2020. Here's the rule for us:
This challenge is flexible. You can run, walk, cycle, swim, or row the miles. But the miles must be intentional. In other words, this requires extra effort outside of your normal daily routine. This is a non-competitive and supportive environment. This is YOUR journey. Ultimately, you decide how to complete the challenge to meet your own fitness goals.
Anyone interested in trying it with me? We would need to track the km's each day and post results every week.
Christmas and New Years are almost over. Hold tight, don't fret, we'll lose those pesky extra pounds together!! We got this!!
Looking forward to cooler temps so I can do a normal workout again and hopefully start running again.
Did a workout yesterday with squats and lunges and I'm feeling it with every move today. Love it!! What did you do?

It takes the average person 66 days (2months) to form a habit. If we start today we'll be set for Jan.
Thinking of posting a workout video for beginners online, a full body style workout and something people could do at home or at the gym. Yay or nay?
