We want to wish Owen a Happy 18th Birthday today!
Many of us (members included) have watched Owen grow up. He started at Vision Quest 10 years ago and the writing was on the wall then… he was a leader amongst his peers from the get-go and all of the coaches knew he had something special.
We are all so proud of the young man you have become. You were born to lead and we can’t wait to see what you achieve over the next 10 years… we know it’ll be big things!

Last week we had our very own represent at mma and kickboxing show. He fought hard and despite not getting the nod displayed skill, heart, determination and fought a very close fight. We are incredibly proud of him and know he’s gonna be back better than ever!

Coach Tara is one of a kind. She’s a long time friend to many of us at VQ. She started bringing her kids to Vision Quest when we first opened the doors. It wasn’t long before she was actively taking part in classes on a regular basis.
Tara began coaching three years ago when asked her to come on board. She hasn’t looked back and has become an integral part of the programs we run.
Tara has a laugh you can’t help but join in with and you’ll never forget. She may be as tough as they come, but don’t let the tough exterior fool you. She has a heart of gold and we are proud to have her as one of our coaches.
