Trying new things = finding out you are actually a bad ass rope climber like 💪🔥

All complex movements can be broken down into steps. Maybe your not ready to go up the rope but regardless of fitness level or age we can all start with increasing pulling power with ring rows, bent over rows or banded pulls ( first step to going up that rope 💪)

All classes are run by a coach, classes have a teaching portion where we break down movements and provide options - we’re here to help you be successful in each and every workout 💪

If you’re looking to get functionally fit in a safe and friendly environment, look no further than Odeon Fitness. Claire and the other coaches pride themselves on creating a space where anyone can participate no matter your age, your ability, or your athletic background. The programming is challenging, yet accessible and the community is amazing. They offer a variety of classes and social activities to celebrate all members of the gym.

Ive been doing CrossFit off and on for a few years now, and I’ve always HATED sn**ching. It is a very complex movement that exposes all of your weaknesses and mobility issues. I was to the point where sometimes I would look ahead at a workout, see that sn**ches were involved, and skip that day.

I have an extensive background in university athletics and my pride always deterred me from asking for help. Claire finally convinced me to sign up for personal training sessions, and she connected me with Coach . I would highly recommend anyone spend some one on one time with the coaches here. Ryan broke down every movement for me step by step, and showed me a ton of great exercises to help me with my weak points. I still have a lot of work to do, but I know I’m in good hands.

I’ve never even wanted to try a personal record for a sn**ch because I was always afraid I’d hurt or embarrass myself. Today is actually my birthday, and I got the best present ever. A 135 PR! 20 lb increase and not to brag or anything, but I think I made it look pretty easy. 155 here I come 🏋️🏋️🏋️

It’s NEVER too late and you’re NEVER too old to become better 💪🔥💪

The human body is AMAZING - and we humans are meant to move 🕺and the changes 😏 they happen quickly 😍

My pops is 67 years young - after the last last lockdown in January he started back on his 3 times a week . Three months later showing up is easier now he’s in a rhythm 🎶 He loves there’s a coach to tell him what to do and a program to follow.
His wish - that he started sooner .

Don’t rush the process good things take time 💪

joined her crew in their 6 week challenge to get sexy mentally and physically, break bad habits while building healthy ones at the beginning of March 🥳🔥💪

“I started at Odeon at the beginning of March as a friendly 6 week challenge with a bunch of co-workers. The only thing I committed to myself was to show up three times each week, as I was working through a shoulder issue and didn’t want to push it. Within two weeks, I noticed myself spending less time on social media, as the community at Odeon was so immediately welcoming. Now, two months in, I have become someone who shows up at the gym BEFORE my day starts, and challenging my weight now that my shoulder has improved WHILE working out, with Claire’s guidance to modify.”

We encourage all who start with us to keep it really simple
1. Show up 3 times a week
2. Listen to your coach
3. Scale and modify as needed, listen to your body.

Our program is focussed on developing the mindset to create the positive habit, not just the results.

Discipline is one of the most important personality traits in everyone’s life. Refers to a set of rules and regulations which are to be followed while undergoing any task or activity. It is a way of being honest, hardworking, motivated and encouraged while doing any task.
