If you work downtown, why not make your lunch break truly uplifting and unforgettable with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra? Today - and each Wednesday between July 22 and September 9 - the HPO performs from 12:00–1:00 p.m. It's a beautiful way to hear live orchestral music filling the heart of downtown - free of charge. A gift to all!

So bring your lunch, gather your friends, and enjoy an inspiring midday open-air performance. 🎢🎻

I am honoured to represent the City of Hamilton as both a City Councillor and City Ambassador at the 2026 International Children's Games in Hualien, Taiwan.

This incredible event brings together young athletes from around the world to celebrate sport, friendship, cultural exchange, and international understanding. It is a privilege to represent Hamilton on the world stage while supporting our talented young athletes as they compete and create memories that will last a lifetime.

As an ambassador for our city, I particularly look forward to sharing Hamilton's story, building new international connections, and cheering on Team Hamilton throughout the Games.

Wishing all of our athletes the very best of luck. Compete with pride, enjoy every moment, and know that your Hamilton community is cheering you on every step of the way!

This new All Abilities play space under construction at the northwest corner of Inch Park, creates a true "park within a park." Thoughtfully designed with accessibility at its core, this high-quality destination will offer a welcoming and engaging place to play for Hamilton residents and visitors alike.

The completed playground will go beyond simply installing accessible play equipment on a flat rubber surface. Instead, it will embrace the principles of inclusive design through a rich variety of play experiences, textures, sensory elements, changes in elevation, and natural landscaping. The result will be a distinctive and memorable play environment where children and families of all abilities can explore, connect, and play together when finished near the end of 2026!
