For the best chance of finding the correct part:
✔ Bring the old component into the shop
✔ Bring your e-bike in so we can easily compare and match parts
✔ If bringing the bike, have panels open whenever possible so connectors and plugs are visible

To properly match components, we often need to see:
✔ The connector/plug
✔ Wire colors
✔ Pin layout
✔ The physical size and shape of the component

Many parts are discontinued or no longer available online, and we may already have exactly what you need.
