Season 24 officially starts TODAY and we could not be more excited to welcome our NJADS dancers back into the studio!

The music is ready, the studios are ready, our teachers are ready… and now we’re just missing YOU!

Whether this is your dancer’s very first class or they’ve been part of the NJADS Family for years, we can’t wait to see them learn, grow, build confidence, make memories and take their next step this season.

Here’s to an amazing Season 24 filled with progress, friendship, hard work, laughter and lots of dancing.

Tomorrow we’re officially BACK TO DANCE!

A few quick tips to help make that first week smooth and stress-free:
- Double-check your dancer’s class day and time
- Make sure dance shoes still fit
- Review the dress code if you’re unsure what to wear
- Label shoes, water bottles, and belongings
- Secure hair away from the face
- Pack a water bottle
- Arrive a few minutes early

And most importantly…
Remind your dancer that the first class back is about reconnecting, settling in, and enjoying being back in the studio.

If your dancer loves to move, explore, and try exciting new skills, Acro might be the perfect fit!

Acro is a unique class that combines dance technique with acrobatics, helping dancers build:

✨ flexibility
✨ balance
✨ coordination
✨ confidence

In Acro class, dancers work on skills like bridges, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, limbers, walkovers, and other tumbling-based tricks — all while learning proper technique and safe progressions.

It’s a class that encourages dancers to be strong, fearless, and determined as they challenge themselves and celebrate each new accomplishment along the way.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day!

Our NJADS family has a few members who have never taken a dance class… and have absolutely no intention of starting. 😂🐾

Today is National Dog Day, and around here, we believe family extends well beyond the people who live in our homes. Our pets are part of our families too — just like the dancers, parents, teachers and staff who make NJADS feel like so much more than a dance studio.

So today, we want to meet the four-legged members of YOUR family! We’ll start by introducing you to ours...meet Willow and Hope.💜
